Over 60 Years of Local Service
Cabarrus County · B.E. Holbrooks Co.
Kannapolis has reinvented itself — from the Cannon Mills era to the revitalized downtown and research campus of today. B.E. Holbrooks Co. has served Kannapolis through every chapter, providing HVAC and plumbing services to the mill-era homes, mid-century neighborhoods, and new construction that make up this community.
Older housing stock needs contractors who understand older systems. Our 60+ years of experience means we have worked on virtually every type of heating, cooling, and plumbing system found in Kannapolis homes.
From downtown Kannapolis to the neighborhoods near the research campus, we bring the same formula that has worked for six decades: show up on time, diagnose honestly, fix it right.
We provide AC repair, HVAC replacement, furnace and heat pump service, and maintenance throughout Kannapolis. Many local homes still run aging equipment — we offer honest repair-vs-replace guidance, free replacement estimates, and efficient American Standard systems that cut energy bills.
Kannapolis plumbing calls often involve older piping, fixtures, and water lines. We handle repairs, repipes, fixture upgrades, and water and sewer line replacement — supported by our own excavation and trenching equipment for underground work.
When winter settles over Cabarrus County, Kannapolis families count on us for furnace repair, heat pump service, and heating replacement. Our technicians service all major brands, prioritize no-heat calls, and install high-efficiency American Standard heating systems sized correctly for your home.
